At the same time workshops for teachers and parents were also conducted this entire program was conducted by Dr. Meenakshi walawalkar.
Dr. Meenakshi walawalkar is a clinical psychologist with over 13 years of experience of working with Esteemed Educational institutes, corporates and healthcare organisations, she is also panic healer and archaic yoga practitioner.

Her credentials include P.G. applied physiology (clinical), Ph.D(application of REBT- pursuing) , certificate in special education. Learning disability ADHD and autism, certificate in advance counselling techniques, TATA institute of social science internationally certified NLP and new Code NLP practitioner, Milton H, Erickson institute of Hypnotherapy, U.S,. Certified hypnotherapy practitioner.
Choosing the right career for oneself
is the most important decision in any individual’s life. Career planning start in the secondary and senior secondary school years. An adequate understanding of oneself regarding academic potential, attributes, talents, interests, personally value, expectation and resource is very useful in this process.
In the career assessment program, about 165 students of KVNO1 Colaba underwent psychometric assessment in the area of aptitude, intelligence and interest. The total eight tests spanned over four hours. The students were divided in four batches for the ease of conducting the assessment. Post the testing, a copy of career guidance report was given to each student for future reference. Subsequently, a detailed explanation of the report and information on the plethora of careers across different streams were given to the parents and students in the career guidance workshop conducted for them by Dr. Meenakshi.
