The Vidyalaya will ensure optimum use of all resources to improve teaching-learning process, produce high quality result, instill discipline, reading habit, keep the campus clean and green, impart values and by 2025 will become an ideal Vidyalaya in every respect. PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA No.1 Colaba, established in 1963 has now completed its diamond jubilee on 15th December 2023. We envisage robust, vibrant and holistic education that will mould the students into responsible citizens of our country. With educational programmes that are fine-tuned to the evolving trends in modern education, our Vidyalaya has always been a trend setter in all spheres of education. PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA No. 1 Colaba has contributed immensely to nation- building in the last 60 years. Many of our Alumni are now on top positions, both in the government and private sectors as heads of national and global institutions and we are highly proud of them. PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA No. 1 Colaba has been fortunate enough to be headed by some of the renowned personalities of KVS. Situated in a safe and friendly environment, the Vidyalaya offers education that is as spontaneous as breathing, as joyful as playing and ensure that the minds of our students remain open and receptive to noble thoughts and creative ideas.
