Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan as an educational organization committed to providing high quality school education requires to hire fully committed and professionally competent employees, both teaching and non-teaching. The prime aim is to provide quality training to equip their teachers and the staff with knowledge, skills and attitude required for their professional development so that they contribute to the growth and development of students interested to their care.
KVS aims to offer comprehensive long and short-term training including in-service courses to enhance the proficiency of individuals in their professional and departmental responsibilities. Moreover, induction/orientation programmes for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into KVS system are also conducted as and when required.
In addition to KVS training programs, teachers are encouraged to participate in and complete various courses, workshops, and modules designed by the Central Board and Secondary Education Council(CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training(NCERT).
The Vidyalaya conducts various in-house training programmes for teachers through online and offline platforms.
